Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing tracking details.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor their shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Refused delivery

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Women Crafts Collective is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly tampered with.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

International Shipping

Currently, Women Crafts Collective ships only within India.
