WHO WE ARE

OUR MISSION

Women Crafts Collective was founded with a deep commitment to revive India’s rich heritage of handwoven fabrics and handcrafted arts rooted in the indigenous traditions of The New Bharat. Guided by the vision of an avid researcher and experienced fashion designer, Harsh Juneja, our mission is to empower women artisans who have devoted their lives to these crafts yet remained unrecognized for decades.

For over 25 years, we have worked closely with women artists and artisans, especially from rural India, ensuring their skills are preserved, valued, and celebrated. We aim to bring together village women entrepreneurs and young, passionate fashion designers to create pure, organic, and authentic handcrafted products using traditional techniques, natural fabrics, and dyes derived from fruits, flowers, vegetables, and local vegetation.

Through Women Crafts Collective, every purchase directly supports women and young girls, helping improve their socio-economic conditions and opening doors to education, independence, and dignity.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to build a sustainable and inclusive ecosystem where traditional Indian crafts thrive in the modern world while the women behind them rise with pride and recognition. Rooted in the culturally rich land of Rajasthan—once known for creating exquisite textiles for Maharajas and Maharanis—we envision reviving forgotten organic fabrics and age-old dyeing processes practiced with precision by generations of women artisans.

Women Crafts Collective aspires to become a platform where craftsmanship meets opportunity, ensuring genuine, exclusive, and eye-catching designs reach conscious consumers worldwide. We dream of a future where every product sold contributes to educating a girl child, empowering rural women entrepreneurs, and preserving India’s priceless handmade legacy for generations to come.

When you choose Women Crafts Collective, you choose art with purpose—and a better tomorrow.
